FLEXIBILITY: At Valley View Homes, we will build—on your property—any one of our 35+ floor plans. Also, if you care to customize one of our plans to better suit your needs, we are flexible enough to meet those specific requirements. If it is a matter of simply re-arranging features already present on our plan, changes can often be made at NO CHARGE! However, if any of our plans will not suit your needs, we will also build from A PLAN OF YOUR OWN. And, if you know someone that can do some work on your home that we include in our price, we will credit our work and allow time for your them to get their job done.
