(The following work can be performed by Valley View Homes-but at an additional cost)

|
|
|
|
(1) All interior wall priming, painting, or papering. Also, painting of columns. Optional antique ceilings will also need to be painted.
|
|
|
(2) All staining and varnishing of trim. Filling in of nail holes of installed trim. Also painting or staining of interior doors and their jambs.
|
|
|
(3) Staining or painting the interiors of windows. Painting of exterior steel insulated doors and their jambs.
|
|
|
(4) Running of the downspouts from the foundation to the street - including Garage floor drain, Footer drain tile or sump pump discharge. Also, sump pump - if needed. (If Garage floor drain has to be tied in with sewer - as is the case in some areas - there will be additional charges).
|
|
|
(5) Culvert and slag for driveway - maintained throughout the construction process.
|
|
|
(6) Finished exterior steps, walks, patio, and driveway (due to foundation over-dig).
|
|
|
(7) Finish grading and landscaping - only the dirt dug out for the foundation will be back-filled and rough graded.
|
|
|
(8) Utility applications and utility hookups - including well or septic. Also, if having a well, Owner is responsible for well pressure tank and wiring of the pressure tank. Only breaker will be installed by Valley View Homes, Inc.

|
|
(9) Shutters for windows (available in a avriety of colors in louvered and raised panel design at an extra cost).
|
|
|
(10) Dryer vent (available at an extra cost - cost varies due to length of duct run).
|
|
|
(11) Shower and tub curtains or doors (doors available at an extra cost).
|
|
|
(12) Appliances and installation of appliances.
|
|
|
(13) Clean up of dwelling and lot during and after construction - including disposal of waste.
|
|
|
(14) Temporary electric in the winter months (for homes being worked on between August and March).
